Precision Planning
We establish a clear scope, timeline, and cost structure before work begins, ensuring every detail is verified and the remodel is your vision.
Expert Adaptations
When older homes reveal surprises, we handle them with real expertise and transparency, documenting every change and its reason.
Intentional Outcomes
The result of our work matches exactly what was agreed upon, delivering a space that is both functional and precisely built.
What we build
Kitchen remodels
In a kitchen, the cabinets, countertops, plumbing, wiring and tile all have to fit each other. So we put the layout and your selections into a written scope before we start, then build in a fixed order so each step is ready for the next. Our own crew does most of the work.
Bathroom remodels
We rebuild bathrooms around a tub replacement, a curbed shower or a curbless shower, and we do it in the right order. Every shower gets a flood test before tile. Before the walls close, we photograph the blocking, pipes and waterproofing with a tape measure in the frame, so there is a record of the work nobody sees.

"Nate Cooling is a fantastic contractor from start to finish. His experience and a neighbor’s recommendation combined with his friendly open manner are what convinced us to choose him to remodel our bathroom. He is extremely knowledgeable and covered every detail in his spreadsheet where we could enter preferences . There were no surprises or hidden costs. He was totally transparent. No problem was insurmountable as the work went on. He had fixes for everything. The young men doing the daily hands on work were experts at what he had them do, and were friendly and respectful. We highly recommend Nate!"
